Files such as DOC, EXE, PCX, PPT, P65, or XLS, jpeg,
are not acceptable.
Artwork with Text:
We require that all text be converted to outline or curves (depending upon the native program) when possible. Spot Color File Format (one, two, or three colors, not four-color process) -- Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Freehand Workable EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) files with text converted to outline preferable.
Please send or fax a composite of artwork with PO. Fax must include company name, phone number, and purchase order number.
File Compression:
Please compress all files to reduce sending time and avoid file corruption. Acceptable Mac compression files include SIT or SEA . PC files can be compressed with Win Zip.
Art Charges
We will work on art for an order for 30 minutes for free. Any time spent on the art after that will be charged $50 (V) per hour. In the case that an art charge will be applied, we will always call first to confirm.
Imprinting
Standard imprints are via spot color silk screen. All pricing includes a one color on one location imprint. HPL warrants that all imprints will be legible and permanent under normal usage.
PMS color matching
Due to the nature of the material. HPL does not guarantee the exact match but will do it as close as possible at NO CHARGE.
Half Tones/tints:
Additional $60 (v) for color separation charge on top of the set up charge (per color)
Screen Wash out
By using the same screen but different color,
$30 ( V) will apply per color.
Full color process ( Sublimation ) Imprint
Available on White disc, White micro fiber only. Sublimation is the process of transforming the ink from paper onto products. Only WHITE base will get the best result. For any other products with the full color process please call for details.
Must meet the minimum requirement.
Repeat Orders
50% discount on set up charge on all re-orders within 6 months period. Please provide your previous purchase order number to insure exact duplication art or the products.
Any change on the art or the product will be considered as a new order.
Pre-Production Proof Samples
Once order placed, as long as lead time allowed, upon your request, HPL will send you the pre-production proof samples at NO CHARGE with your own carrier information
Keep in mind, production will not start unless pre-production is approved.
Virtual pre-production proof will be NO CHARGE upon request.
